Participant Guidelines
  • Free registration for all the participants

  • Each team is allowed a maximum of 4 members. Team size can range from 1 to 4 participants.
  • The team name must be unique.
  • For the selected teams mentor's presence is mandatory on the 3rd day of the hackathon if your idea is selected. Mentor's may or may not be present during the first two days of the program, and mentors are charged at a rate of Rs.200/- Per day
  • Rs. 500/- Per Head will be charged from the participants which includes accomodation and food for the duration of the hackathon for the selected teams
  • Teams are responsible for bringing any necessary hardware components required for implementing their ideas. Organizers will not be providing hardware components.
  • Teams using hardware should submit(Final Submission) their submission during the presentation
  • A team may comprise of students from multiple branches.
  • Id card is mandatory for both Students and their respective mentors

JUDGEMENT

15th September

The culmination of your hard work! Present your solutions and stand a chance to win exciting prizes. Our judges will evaluate the projects and announce the winners.

Project and Submission Requirements

Round-1: Submit your Prototype/Idea in a PPT

PPT Guidelines

  • Keep your presentation concise and focused.
  • The number of slides should not exceed 4.

Slide 1 - Team and Mentor Details

  • Mention your unique team's name.
  • Introduce your team members.
  • Mention your mentor's name and role.

Slide 2- Theme and Problem Statement

  • Clearly state the theme or topic you've selected.
  • Present your problem statement concisely.
  • Highlight the significance of the problem.

Slides 3 and 4 - Solution

  • Elaborate on your solution.
  • Use visuals, data, or diagrams to support your solution.
  • Explain how your solution addresses the problem statement.
