Participant Guidelines
Free registration for all the participants
Each team is allowed a maximum of 4 members. Team size can range from 1 to 4 participants.
The team name must be unique.
For the selected teams mentor's presence is mandatory on the 3rd day of the hackathon if your idea is selected. Mentor's may or may not be present during the first two days of the program, and mentors are charged at a rate of Rs.200/- Per day
Rs. 500/- Per Head will be charged from the participants which includes accomodation and food for the duration of the hackathon for the selected teams
Teams are responsible for bringing any necessary hardware components required for implementing their ideas. Organizers will not be providing hardware components.
Teams using hardware should submit(Final Submission) their submission during the presentation
A team may comprise of students from multiple branches.
Id card is mandatory for both Students and their respective mentors
